Even as the dust is yet to settle down on the bitter patent dispute between Bajaj Auto limited and TVS motor company on the use of technology, another fight is beginning to simmer between Bajaj Auto and Royal Enfield. Bajaj has already introduced the Twinspark Technology in their products. And now Royal Enfield's newly launched Thunderbird Twinspark has heated up the dispute between them. Now both of them had to seek in for their patents to check if anyone is voilating the laws and if found, the guilty should have to face the roll of music from the former.
